Work Director 2
Ensures the units work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of other team members.
Duties may include:
- Reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and goals. - Monitoring work in progress and making adjustments as needed. - Giving feedback and training to staff. - Addressing scheduling issues, including absences and tardiness. - Gving feedback regarding staff performance to manager. - Representing business unit at meetings. - Evaluates existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for enhancement/improvement. - Ensures compliance with Wells Fargo, investor, legal, regulatory or business policies.
Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of operations experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and distribute complex work within a specified department. Possesses prioritizing and quality review skills. Has ability to lead, train, and provide performance feedback to staff and corresponding manager.
1+ years experience in Foreclosure. Strong working knowledge of MSP and LPS Desktop. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc). Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and distribute complex work within a specific department. Ability to lead, train, and develop staff members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong prioritization and time-management abilities. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
Preferred Skills: Previous team lead, work director, or supervisory experience. Experience with Foreclosure Bid Automation application. Experience with valuation vendors PAS, BPO Direct, and/or Veterans Affairs WebLGY system.
