F.E. Moran Alarm is a fasting growing company that is expanding our business quickly and need additional staff to join our team. This position is a full time position available for an individual to help ensure responsive, customer service and technical support for our national accounts customers. The Technical Support Specialist will assist new and existing customers with customized programming of security solution equipment and ensure that installation standards and customer satisfaction standards are met. This individual must collaborate and interface with numerous internal and external audiences and will service as a resource during projects and resolve client concerns and problem.

Requirements:
· Must have a minimum of three years of documented experience in an IT environment, with emphasis on networking
· Must have a minimum two years of documented experience in the alarm industry with an emphasis on downloading panels, programming access control systems, or other security solution systems
· Must demonstrate superior customer service skills
· Must have the ability to work in a team oriented environment
· Must have the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
