Restaurant Maintenance Handyman

• Ability to expedite service ticket repairs to all of our locations (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
• Communicate with department coordinator regarding status of repairs and projects
• Perform cosmetic maintenance (painting, staining, floor tiling)
• Act as team member in the Repair and Maintenance Department

• Experience with building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, floor tiling, etc...)
• Applicant must have truck/van, ladder rack and basic tools
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and store managers
• Must have follow-up and organizational skills along with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work varied hours/days including evenings, holidays and weekends as well
• Flexibility to travel to all locations
• Must be able and willing to freely access all areas of our locations; stand, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and move about the locations and assist in move equipment and machinery
