Little Dealer Little Prices RV is looking to hire a Finance and Insurance Manager with dealership experience! Recreational vehicles (RV’s) are travel trailers, fifth wheels, pop-ups and motorhomes. RV’s are one of the most affordable and green ways a family can vacation. This is a fun business selling dreams and memories. If selected you will be responsible to run our finance department and also perform sales manager duties to backup the General Sales Manager. A Few of the Responsibilities:
Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates, financing programs and extended service contract.
Process financing deals, quickly, accurately and secure approval through financial sources.
Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicles and finance departments.
Create and maintain a program with the sales team that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
Train and provide the sales team with information on the benefits of the dealership’s financing, extended service programs as well as team sales training.

Previous F & I Experience and Sales Management Experience in a Dealership
