We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 6 months- 1 year of Commercial Lines experience. Job Duties:
Take inbound calls from agents
Consistently communicate with team to insure accuracy

Job Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent, AA degree helpful, but not required
2 years Commercial Lines experience
Able to handle repetitive tasks
Computer skills a must
Forward thinker
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Able to deal with a diverse group of individuals
Sense of urgency
Strong work ethic
Strong verbal and written skills
