Summary: Recruit talent by sourcing and qualifying candidates.
Principle Responsibilities: * Ability to make cold calls. * Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and culture fit. * Source candidates through creative methods. * Maintain knowledge of Nova Medical Centers. * Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure hiring requirements are met. * Review Internal Job Postings to ensure proper advertisement format for internal and internet job posting. * Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process. * Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts. * Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring authority(s) in a timely manner.
