We are a Northern Virginia / Washington D.C. area Dealership looking for an Experienced Sales Manager! Previous Automotive Sales Management experience is REQUIRED for this position! Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with excellent leadership, problem solving and closing skills! This is a BIG TIME opportunity for experienced Automotive Sales professionals to further their careers with one of the area’s fastest growing automotive groups.

Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all sales employees.

Assist salespeople in setting monthly goals and assist on sales and closing deals, as well as approving all deals made.

Track customers and making sure all leads are logged.

Provide effective communication throughout the sales department.

Monitor CSI for the department and ensure proper follow-up for all potential buyers.

Hold daily sales meetings
